Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As a small practice, our schedule is built around dedicated one-on-one time with each patient. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time can't be offered to another patient who needed it - so we ask for your help keeping things running smoothly.

RESCHEDULING
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
NO-SHOWS
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 fee, where permitted by the patient’s insurance plan and applicable regulations. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to protect the next patient's visit.
We understand life happens - if something comes up, just call the office and we'll work with you.
