Mobile Primary Care (House Calls)
We bring the care to you: home, assisted living, group home, or wherever you need us.
Insurance coverage for mobile visits requires that the patient meets homebound criteria as defined by their insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurer prior to scheduling.
Concierge self-pay mobile visits are also available, no homebound requirement. We come to your home, workplace, assisted living facility, or wherever care is needed.
Telehealth
Secure video visits from the comfort of your home, available to patients across North Carolina.
Diagnostic & In-Office Services
On-site testing and diagnostic services, results without sending you elsewhere.
IV Hydration & Wellness
Medically supervised IV therapy for hydration, recovery, and overall wellness.
IV Hydration & Wellness services are self-pay/concierge and are not covered by insurance.
School, Work, & Sport Physicals
Convenient, thorough physicals to clear you for school, sports, employment, or return to work.
*Some school, sports, college, and employment physicals may not be covered by insurance and may require self-payment. Coverage varies by insurance plan and the purpose of the examination. Our office can help determine whether your visit may be eligible for insurance coverage.

Need help finding the right level of care for yourself or a loved one? Lucas Exceptional Healthcare provides comprehensive care coordination evaluations and guidance to help families navigate the transition to assisted living, family care homes, memory care, or other long-term care options.
We complete FL-2 assessments, evaluate medical needs, coordinate with facilities, and help simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Our goal is to make care coordination easier, faster, and centered around the patient's unique healthcare needs.
