Payment Policy
Lucas Exceptional Healthcare & Consultation appreciates the trust you place in our care. To keep billing simple and transparent, the following policy applies to every patient.
What to Expect at Checkout
Payment, or an accurate co-pay estimate, is expected at the time of service.
Patients without insurance, or who have not yet met their deductible, will be asked for a deposit of confirm amount, e.g. $100 before services are rendered.
If your insurance leaves a balance after processing your claim, we'll send a statement - payment is due upon receipt.
Payment plans are available for larger balances. Call our office to set one up.
CareCredit
A healthcare credit card that lets you pay for care over time, with flexible financing options.
Insurance Not Contracted With Our Practice
If we're not in-network with your plan, you're still welcome as a patient. You'll be offered a prompt-pay adjustment at the time of your visit, and we'll provide a receipt with everything you need to file for reimbursement yourself.
